[TOMT] Movie name where child is stolen?

Watched a movie the other night and cant remember what It was called. I remember it was about a family who have killed other people for years and they kidnapped one of the kids from a murdered family and cut his/her tongue out so they couldn't tell anyone.

I'm sure it was American and not British.

Thanks.
