Advice

We have been open (mostly doing stuff together) for 2-3 years. She wants to start exploring solo play but hasn’t been giving our relationship much time these days. Sex has been much less frequent and she seems distant, we talk a lot about it and she doesn’t know why. She wants to make things better. Any advice on how I keep telling about working on us before she goes off alone? Thanks!
