Can someone help me setup a drag and drop resize solution on macOS (same size for every image)?

I'm moving a music blog over to my website from a forum and will need to resize album covers to the same dimensions for every post and just can't be going into photoshop every time because i already have this blog in 2 places and this well make 3.

I've read solutions but couldn’t' understand how to implement them. I'd love to be able to drop images into an icon in the dock or menu bar or ? and a new copy with x/x dimensions at 72dpi gets put into a folder.
