Almond milk latte best settings

My wife loves Almond milk lattes. We had a nespresso setup where it whisked the milk (no steam) and she really liked those, but the milk here she says comes out too hot and “watered down”/ missing the sweeter hints. Ill try lowering the froth temp but does anyone have tips or even how to whisk without steam? Didnt see an option in the manual.
