CFA and Work

I'm working as a Fund Administration in a commercial bank and doing CFA level 1 at the same time. But currently I have confused too much about the prospect of this cert. My main task only revolve around making FS report for fund and calculate NAV for fund cert (in which CFA knoweldge only account for abt 20%). Would CFA a reward if I continue to pursue this path? As you know, there are many options out there such as M.sc de.gree to climb up corporate ladder or the domestic cert
