pls help me find this movie

We’re trying to find this gory movie my friend barely remembers. She watched it when she was young in the 2000’s, but it could’ve very well been released much earlier. This is a scene she remembers: A girl’s father was upset because the girl cheated on her fiancé with her lover, so her father came in and cut off her arms, her legs, her boobs and her tongue. and then the next scene was her in a robe getting, then she got undressed, and her lover saw her and she had to write with a paintbrush in her mouth because it was the only way she could communicate. Then her father came in and like killed her man or something. I know I probably explained that like shit but any help would be appreciated 🙏
