Commission Work

Is there a scanlation group that takes private commissions?

Details:

1. This manga is completed 20 years ago. Japanese version is available but not English
2. I think it's licensed --> private commissions

Questions: If there is a group that is willing to pick this up?

1. How does the contract work? timeline etc.
