Considering a Cooper IUD, but need my sex drive and no weight gain.

All experiences welcomed. I’ve tried several pills over the past 5 years and my sex drive was non - existent. Haven’t taken birth control in months and I’m just now starting to get my sex drive back. I’m also losing weight and not trying to gain it back.

Want to try a non hormonal birth control and thinking about getting a cooper iud. Also would like to hear about experiences with other non hormonal birth control options. I know every body is different, but I’d still like to know what you ladies went through.
