Actually fun activities

Hi all! Wondering what sort of fun activities I can do with someone who has cancer. We can't do anything too strenuous. I don't live in the area and would like to do something. I know people say that helping them with daily life is important but that isn't a problem here as she is young, lives at home, and her parents provide essentials for her.

What are some truly fun things that I can plan/organize?
