Cross platform issue

When playing on a Playstation or Xbox we cannot see my daughter's account while she is playing on switch if she gets on a PlayStation or an Xbox we are able to see her it's only when she's on switch is she unable to be seen and she also cannot see us if we try to send her invites she doesn't get them her friends list looks empty this has been happening since the Star wars update
