I don't know where to post this - Help!

Hello, everyone!

I’ve recently been working on becoming a 3D VTuber and used artificial intelligence to generate my model from a picture. However, I’ve run into a challenge—I can't move any part of the model’s body in Blender.

My goal is to make the model fully rigged and animated so I can use it in the VSeeFace application for VTubing. If anyone has experience with Blender rigging or VTuber setup, I’d love any guidance or tips. Even comments with advice would be super helpful
