Wight Queen Ankora passive interaction with Stoneskin

Does a Stoneskin set on Ankora block the CC that she would normally take on from the ally with the highest CDMG? I guess same question with the Intercept buff?

I would test it out myself but I don't have the silver to spare and need to wait until the next free regear token or event.
