People who have gone through every story for a Doctor (EU included), what was it like?

I've been going through every Tenth Doctor story in chronological order (according to EYESPIDER), encompassing TV episodes, short stories, comics, audio and novels. I'm still pretty early in Ten's timeline but it has been an interesting experience so far.

If you've done the same for a Doctor and completed it, how was the experience?

We're any TV stories recontexualised for you? Did you get slowly bored of a Doctor you really liked? Did you gain appreciation of a Doctor that you didn't care for?

Were there any huge continuity issues or retcons you liked or disliked? I'm genuinely curious
