Run clubs for ultra runners?

Hi! I’m moving to Chicago next month, and will be living near the Lakeview/Lincoln Park area. Looking for morning run club recs that meet regularly and are geared towards ultra running. Namely a group to get through the weekend long runs with. Any leads on speed workouts would be super appreciated as well! Thank you so much :)
