Does anyone have an idea of how difficult it would be to transfer to Georgia Tech engineering?

The most recent transfer class profile says the overall acceptance rate is 20% for oos students, but wouldn't this number be smaller considering engineering and non-pathway applicants? Also does anyone know if HS gpa is very important for admissions to GT?
