To whom moved to Portugal from abroad - How's ypur experience been?

I’m curious about the experiences of people who moved to Portugal (specifically Lisbon). I’m not talking only about those with remote jobs (since that’s a lucky exception), but people who took on local jobs or even transferred within their company from their home country.

How did you find adjusting to the local culture, work environment, and daily life? Any challenges that stood out to you? If anyone has moved from Switzerland, I’d love to hear how it compares to living in Portugal!
