No recourse?

Last night I picked up an order from a “better” Takeaway spot. The orders from this place are usually more expensive and it makes a better profit. I put the order into an insulated bag brought it to the hospital he worked at. I’m assuming he was a doctor, and called him when I got there. He came down, took the bag from me. It was still warm, and there were no leaks or spills evident on the bag. The bag was sealed by the restaurant. Later that evening, I noticed that he pulled the tip back and left me a down vote. When I reached out to Support they said he marked it as damaged spilled items. I can assure you, the bag was intact. There were no leaks there. The order just sat on the seat and did not fall over or anything. Of course Uber takes the customers side. Do they have to prove damage? I normally take extra pictures at drop offs to show that the order was left and was intact. But this was a handoff. Why is there no recourse for us? Why do we get tip pulled, and down voted without any proof from the customer? I’ve been doing this for three years and Support just does not back us up at all.
