Mother’s Day Promo Cancellation?

has anyone else had their mother’s day promo order cancelled? i ordered my family lunch with the $50 credit for a stacked order after i ordered my mom flowers. the order was immediately cancelled and said it was because the order couldn’t be processed. conveniently, i cannot use the promo on anything else at all since i already used it on that one order (the promo doesn’t carry over ig). anyone else??
