Scared of pre eclampsia developing after blood test!

I don’t have a single symptom of it but my blood relate showed I’m high risk and being monitored once a week at hospital..

It’s just feels very scary and not sure how to not freak out. I don’t have it right now but hate how it could come at any point..

Anyone else with this experience? Or tell me what happened to you if you got same news as me?

I’m a first time mum so pretty scared and confused as pregnancy was normal till now.
