Personalized ATH.ENS card for foreigner?

I've just moved to Greece for a few months. I'm living here to do my internship at the airport in order to graduate from my studies. Is it possible for a foreigner to get the personalized ath.ens public transportation card? Paying that 18€ every day to get to the airport and back home is just ridiculously expensive...
