Housing @Lechner/McFadden

Howdy ya'll, I'm an incoming freshman still on the waitlist for a dorm on-campus, and I recently got into University Honors, so I was wondering if that would expedite me getting a contract cuz Lechner and McFadden are honors halls? And if it does, do I have to contact someone from the UH faculty or will they automate the process?
