can engineers give any advice on this scenario?

I had a bachelors in civil engineering in india ; went on to do masters in structural engineering at reputed university in Australia & graduated during covid; (construction industry was not taking grads during this time)

after doing some part time work; I did get work as a commissioned structural engineer, not for long laid off due to lack of work coming in;

Back to part time;job search

Then I got some 3 months contract/name sake agreement jobs where they underpaid, this went on for a year

Then I switched stream to become estimator for a pipe manufacturer; toxic environment + visa expired after an year;

Having this turnover, I made up my mind to return India , struggling to get a proper job here..

Any suggestion I am open to pivoting my career or upskilling ?
