Are there any B&H mods that allow you to send a sim to open their small business without controlling them?

Every time I try to google this, it seems like it doesn't know what I'm asking. I want to be able to either open a store with one sim and be able to go control another sim or be able to sort of assign a sim to the store and open it remotely. Is there any mod that does anything along these lines? There's probably a reason the sims doesn't do this but my other sims have lives lol.
