Can someone that supports Bill 5 explain to me why it should get passed?

Could the Wilmot lands fall under "Special Economic Zone"?

Does it make sense for a big corporation to have special exemptions when other local developments have to follow rules and regulations? Should bigger projects not be held to a higher standard and set the example of how to develop properly?
