As a huge long time PM fan, and growing up and obsessed with TTYD (not in a unhealthy toxic "TTYD is best and your opinions are wrong for liking others more" way that people used to be in this community), but just that it's my comfort game that I'm the most passionate about, I wanted a remake of it for years, and when it finally was revealed, I'm 25, and my autistic butt jumped up and down that scared and concerned my dad, lmao. I never been so happy. I was a bit worried about how they would handle the OST and ambiances, but they didn't disappoint at all, I'm in love with the OST and the new ambiances, I think it's a bit better than the og!

The graphics are beautiful and just what I always wanted it to look, a perfect mix of the modern paper aesthetics and og art style, character designs and environments! This game added so many QoL stuff that makes it so much more fun to play imo! The 2 new super bosses are amazing, fun and fits right in, the Art Gallery makes 100% so much more worth it, new character animations and expressions gives these characters that already has charm so much more charm and makes them more lovable, I love the new SFXs, the new lighting is BREATH TAKING and adds so much more to this game's atmosphere, tons of new themes for characters, new variations of the battle theme, new partners themes and a beautifully emotional (imo) new credits!

This game did so much more than I thought they will do, it blew me away! For the "issues" people have with this remark, I'm not bothered by the 30 FPS as it's hardly noticeable to me, I'm not bothered by the slower menus and it doesn't feel that slow to me, I quickly grew use to the new Superguard timing, and I don't really care about not being able to mash A to speed through the dialogue, and the text speech is decently fast and I always want to read it no matter how many times I played the game!

This game and it's remake is the game I'm the most happiest and satisfied with, and TTYD Remake will always be my favorite game of all time! It's the best 60 dollars I ever spent! Do any of you agree? :)

Paper Mario TTYD Remake was the best 60 dollars I ever spent! Who agrees?
