Hypoglycemia

I had gastric sleeve in turkey on 24 march. I know that hypoglycemia is a long term complication of bariatric surgery. But I can almost find zero to none information of people who developed it withing days after surgery. I have no history with blood sugar problems, or diabetes. I have non diabetic hypoglycemia which occurs suddenly with no warning at night. and non reactive hypoglycemia when i eat even a little bit of carbs. Like for example a bit of oatmeal with yoghurt. Would already cause me to fall asleep. My symptoms started 5 days post op. And are lucky for me becoming less with time.

Did anyone else had something similar like this?
