[TOMT] Video Where a Young Man Makes "Duct Tape Fire" in his House?

The video starts with a guy in a living room, with a roll of duct tape on a coffee table. He lights what's presumably some sort of accelerant in the middle of the roll, then seemingly drunkenly says something like, "There ya go... duct tape fire." The fire then rapidly spreads beyond the roll of duct tape, across the table, into a terrifying fireball.
The video is probably a decade old, or possibly older.
The guy shooting the video is the only one around.
As I mentioned, the videographer appears to have had a few drinks, and just isn't in his right state of mind.
That's all I can remember. Google is not turning this up, and full disclosure- It's a very scary lesson shot in real time about how quickly fire spreads. It's also probably why it made such an impression on me this many years ago.
