Concerned

Hii guys I just want too ask u something. My gf lil bro is autistic and he grown soo much in recent years. Idk why but I feel uneasy when she kiss her brother on lips and tell him to do it back. Is it Normal or am I thinking too much. Btw her age is 20 and her brother is 17 or 18 can't recall.
