My best friend took 8 misoprostol pills at 3am

So this isn’t about me I’m just trying to get answers for my best friend. So around summer of last year she discovered she was pregnant.

She wasn’t ready for a baby so she had ordered pills online from aidaccess. But soon as they shipped she ended up miscarrying. She kept the pills but lost mifepristone when she moved into her new apartment.

She recently found out she is pregnant and decided to take 8 misoprostol pills at once. She did 4 in each cheek around 3am and said that 30 min later a lot of the pills didn’t dissolve so she gave them another 15 before swallowing the rest. She had bad cramping and diarrhea but thought that was just the pills working.

But now it’s been 9 hours and she said she hasn’t started bleeding yet. She said she didn’t have some watery discharge but no bleeding. She still has cramps and diarrhea.

She’s coming over later so I can keep an eye on her. At what point should I take her to the ER or what should she do
