Whoosh

Honestly, being the only one doing Whoosh in a superstore, with 10 orders coming all together, drivers coming in an instant and calling us slow and being impatient. And especially, when no one is wearing a headset in store, and the stress of going back and forth, and when the item is not in stock or in the wrong location/label, I literally do not have the time to head to the warehouse due to stress of these Whoosh orders. I’ve been told I can’t just put it Unavailable just because I can’t find it. But I did explain my reasons.

Would I get a disciplinary action against me because I did it a fair amount of times and I do know that it could affect the stock in the store? Thanks
