i’m going to die alone

because of pmdd nobody wants to put up with me and i don’t blame them. my actions due to pmdd have ruined my life. it’s stolen so much from me. how could menstruation, something that’s supposed to be healthy, do so much irreversible damage? i don’t remember the last time i felt alive or like myself. i’m playing an endless game of tug of war with myself and i’m so tired.
