Is 2 gauge ground big enough

So I bought a tig welder a couple weeks ago that didn't include a ground and I decided to make my own with stuff from the tractor supply but they only have gauge 2 and 4 wire. The run I need is about 12ft atleast to match my torch size and it's running through a dinse 35 to just a hobart ground clamp and all of this on a 200amp tig welder.
