Guillotine paper cutter recommendations.

I'd like to get a guillotine paper cutter that I can use in my classroom (and only I would be using it).

I've looked at a few at Amazon, Michaels, and Staples. Hoping to get some recommendations from fellow teachers of one that is affordable, not too heavy/cumbersome, but also cuts nicely.
