Dog ate beauty blender sponge

My dog is a 6 month old presa canario. I was doing my make up and noticed my beauty blender missing and when I made eye contact with her she took off running. By the time I opened her mouth there wasn’t anything inside. I checked to make sure she actually took it and can’t find it. And it doesn’t seem she broke it into pieces. So I’m assuming she swallowed it whole. I gave her peroxide to vomit and she did but all that came up was food she ate earlier before the sponge. Should I be worried? Should I wait until she poops?
