Over the ear recommendations for big ears and a small head?

Looking for input on a pair of over the ear headphones that aren't going to kill my ears after an hour or fall off my head.

As goofy as it sounds I have a rather small head, have to wear kids hats and masks or adult sizes fall off. I also ooo have big ass ears lmao. The problem I always run into to is kids size fitting my head but the ear cuffs are obviously WAY TOO SMALL. And with adult sizes they are also small on top of sliding off with the most minor movements.

Any suggestions would be cool, not trying to break the bank tho.
