Does DLC transfer between the games?

Hey all, was wondering if the DLC transfers between different consoles, like from Nintendo to Xbox for example. I used to play on Playstation, of which I did have to give up one day, and I was able to transfer my progress onto my switch, where I bought all the DLC on. I was wondering if I would need to buy the DLC again if I wanted to play dungeons on PC this time around, or if just me owning on switch would be enough. Many thanks!
