Best moderate resort for transit?

I live nearby but haven’t been to the parks or resorts in a decade and am planning a trip for fall. My top priority by a significant amount is just not having to drive anywhere. I know rideshare is an option but would like to take transit if possible.

It sounds like Caribbean Beach is the best because of the skyliner, but I’m reading it’s down from time to time, and Port Orleans - French Quarter is second because it’s so small and has the one bus stop. Does anyone disagree with that?
