Proof of living in the UK - 5 years

I’m currently applying for citizenship

My continuous 5 years: June 2020 - June 2025

June 2021 - present, I am in stable employment now would a P60 be adequate to show I’ve been living in the UK or do I need to request a letter from my workplace?

June 2020 - June 2021 I was out of work for a year. I was flat sharing at the time, bills all inclusive so I don’t have proof of bills apart from when I pay my private landlord monthly on my bank statement which I suspect might not be adequate proof. How do I prove I was living in the UK at the time?
