Scammy experience with Culture Circle – Refund delayed after 20 days

Just wanted to share my experience with Culture Circle for anyone thinking of ordering from them.

I ordered a pair of shoes, and after 20 days of no delivery, they suddenly asked me to pay extra or cancel the order. I chose to cancel.

Then began a nightmare—I called them daily for over 10 days, and every time they said “you’ll get an email today,” but nothing ever came. They only initiated my refund after 15 more days of follow-ups.

Also, their customer service is terrible and felt totally unprofessional. Every time I called, the agent would say, “Hold on, I’ll check with the management,” then keep me waiting 5–10 minutes only to come back and say, “They’re not answering.” I experienced this with every single agent I spoke to. It felt like they were just buying time and avoiding responsibility.

Extremely disappointing experience. I’d recommend avoiding them unless you’re okay risking your money and peace of mind.
