I watch the Trailer for this game and I really want to give it a shot but is it the game for me?

I really love turn based games, I played a couple in the past (mostly strategy RPGs like Fire emblem) but for some reason not only this game looks incredibly beautiful with probably great story which I'm also into but the Turn base mechanics looks really good as well, people do say the mechanics is like Persona which i never played but I want to give this a fair shot, what are your opinions on the mechanics of this game?
