Bed Bugs on The Central Portuguese Routr

I'm going from Porto to SdC first week of June. Primarily staying in private rooms.

Will the establishments be changing the bedding each time? I know this is an odd question to ask but some of the accommodation cost just €50.

Am I likely to come across bed bugs?

If so, will a sleeping bag liner.help?
