Identification of this burnt IC

Hey all,

My 12v car USB-PD charger let out the magic smoke the other day and upon opening it up and looking under the microscope this IC seems to be the culprit. Any ideas what it is? Looks like some sort of voltage regulator or diode but I can't be sure? It's located closer to the USB-C port than the others. Any help would be most appreciated! Sorry for the bad picture quality I took a picture of the microscope screen with my phone camera!
