Help!! How long should my string be for this bracelet pattern?

I am a beginner friendship bracelet maker and i want to make this pattern:

But i have no idea how long my string should be. I have pretty small wrists, is there like a specific string length for each pattern or is there just a length that can fit all patterns? Or is there like a formula i can use to find out the length?
