Mains mai 97.40 percentile w 40k rank

What clgs should I target? I want either ece or cse.. Can I get any nit with this rank? And are they good? Cuz I gave viteee and I got 4k rank...I got seat allotted in ece cat 2 with minor in aiml...so should I go for vit vellore?...or should I wait for josaa and get some nits?
