Has anyone experienced these physical symptoms on DPH +Seroquel (Quetiapine) + Carbamazepine XR?

This will probably be a long and complicated post so bear with me.

I currently take 300mg of Seroquel at night, 800mg of Carbamazepine (400 in the morning and 400 at night), 15mg in the morning of Lexapro/Escitalopram. I sometimes take 4mg of Xanax prescribed and sometimes take up to 12mg.

I've been given 50mg of DPH for sleep which I used multiple times up to 400mg. 50mg didn't do much for me, neither did 100mg. I most likely didn't wait long enough cause it takes 2-3 hours for ANYTHING to hit in.

It basically started when I decided to take 400mg of DPH with my 300mg Seroquel and Carbamazepine, 1 week after I took 300mg of DPH with Seroquel and Carbamazepine (which was very mediocore not much happened just got tired). It's kind of muddy now, but from what I remember I had an okay "trip", nothing much happened except visual distortions, very calm and serene (honestly just got really tired and ended up staring around my room in my bed). The only physical symptom I got were my eyes feeling sunken and my legs feeling like they were about to give out and I'll fall. I went to sleep, felt very dissociated for a while with some leftover visual distortion.

Here's the thing, 2 days after the trip I took my usual Seroquel and Carbamazepine with like around 3mg of melatonin? After around 30 minutes, I started feeling very disoriented and dizzy, so for some reason I decided the best thing is to take a quick bath and go to sleep. My legs started feelings a bit heavy as well, so I sat down in the bathub. My head started slowly feeling like it was going to explode, it felt very dense and it felt like a hydraulic press was pressing down my forehead. My eyes started feeling extremely heavy, my tongue started feeling numb and wrong. The visual distortions like the edges of the walls started being way more apparent, I felt very wrong in general.

Suddenly, my chest started hurting like crazy, and I felt terrible sense of doom, I felt almost like a very cold shock in my body that I had to shake off and it like got shaken off in my limbs and my arms and legs got extremely cold and it felt fckn awful and yeah I was like this is not okay and I spedran out of the bathtub, could BARELY feel my legs while I stumbled my way to the bed, and I started freezing. Spent the night 2hrs on a toilet shitting and vomitting. Finally fell asleep and woke up the next morning like nothing even happened. Perfectly fine.

Now, everytime I take even 100mg of DPH, I get very similar symptoms except on a much lesser scale, no vomitting, just really annoying headaches, awful anxiety and hard to breathe.

Please let me know if anyone has dealt with anything similar or why this might be. Obviously I'm mixing multiple meds so that's my best bet for why it's fucked, but what's happening? Sorry if the story doesn't make much sense, best I can describe right now.
