Centurion Lounge Access changes?

Just received an email from Delta, after getting seriously spoiled at the Delta One check in and lounge at LAX.

It states “Reserve Business Card Members can also enjoy complimentary access to The Centurion® Lounge3 when you book your Delta flight with your Reserve Business Card.” - just to clarify as I use my work corporate card mostly for travel and use the Delta lounges whenever I’m on Delta but was there a change that Delta Purple card holders can’t use the Centurion Lounges even if they’re flying Delta???
