Fridge warm and freezer is very cold. Frigidaire

Over the past few days noticed the freezer was getting frosted and fridge was warmer. I took it apart today and nothing crazy being the pale. The fan is working and I can feel short breeze from the vent hole. It did have a little bit of ice that I took out. The hole to the fridge was open and not obstructed. I plugged it all back it and set the temp of the fridge to max. What does that setting actually do? Aside from that should I feel with my hand cold air inside the fridge from the top hole? I can't really feel anything unless it a gradual process? I'll give it a few hours to see if it cools.

Anything to check inside the fridge portion?
