My GPA skyrocketed

This whole time I’ve been freaking out and didn’t take core classes because I thought my GPA would drop even more. I focused on getting all As and thought it would help but it didn’t move it much. Once I calculated it using a spreadsheet and AMCAS bcpm criteria, it shot up by almost four points! I’m so happy to see that I actually have a chance now when I felt it might be over. Once I take the rest of my core classes post bacc it will hopefully go up even more too!

TLDR: my school calculated my GPA in a way that totally deflated it and once I put all the grades in a spreadsheet it went up!
