SAHM comfortable, put together

Hi, I am a SAHM and my wardrobe needs a refresh. I live in a warm climate (AZ, already hitting 100 every day).

What should I get to help myself feel like I'm not wearing the same shorts and T-shirt everyday. I breastfeed so it needs to be breastfeeding friendly. I also am on a budget so I would like to keep the prices around those of Target, J Crew Factory, Nordstrom Rack.

I recently purchased blue and white denim shorts and a handful of crew neck t shirts (camel, black, navy stripe, pink).

Please help, I don't like wearing athletic clothing every day since I go to the gym in the AM, it feels good to put "real" clothes on afterwards
