I reported my bf for beating me and I feel alone

My boyfriend beat me on my birthday and I called the cops and he got arrested. A no contact was put for 3 weeks and I never felt more alone. I feel like no one is on my side my parents aren’t be considerate about the whole situation, my friends don’t understand what I’m going through. And I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m only 19 and I know it’ll probably get better but for now I feel horrible, I can’t even sleep anymore. I still miss him through all this, he used to be such a sweet guy and I would never expect this truly. I just want to go back in time. I need help I don’t know how to move past this
